A dark and sweet mix of Callebaut imported dark chocolate and a bitter sweet orange marmalade. Bitter sweet deliciousness.
belgian milk chocolate & peanut butter
This classic combination is even nicer on a macaron. We take imported Belgian milk chocolate and combine it with premium unsweetened peanut butter, creating a rich nutty filling that goes well with anything!
belgian milk chocolate & cherry
We combine an imported Belgian milk chocolate with cherries to make this delicious filling. Think black forest cake on a macaron!
belgian white chocolate, lime & coconut
An imported Belgian white chocolate is infused with limes grown in our own garden, combined with shredded coconut to add some flavour and texture. Light and full of zing.
snickers (chocolate, peanut butter, caramel)
Our take on a classic! A swirl of imported Belgian milk chocolate, a smidge of peanut butter and a dot of caramel make this deconstructed Snickers flavour an absolute must this Winter!
arabic coffee buttercream
Another favourite! Our classic buttercream is combined with a shot of real Arabic espresso, and coffee granules to add texture to this strong and bold flavour. A favourite of coffee-lovers!
Toasty, sweet and creamy, our Chai Latte filling is packed full of warm winter spices including ginger, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom and black pepper. So good you will want to drink them!
Our classic vanilla buttercream is the oldest flavour on our menu. That's because it is by far our best selling flavour! With a light mousse-like consistency, we use real Madagascan vanilla seeds to give an authentic Vanilla flavour.
earl grey and orange blossom
The exotic citrusy flavour profile of Earl Grey tea is accentuated by the addition of fresh orange zest and orange blossom water. Sweet and light, the delicate orange blossom flavour is perfectly paired with the fragrant and distinct flavour of Earl Grey tea.
red velvet cake
Creamy and delicious, our Red Velvet cake macaron filling is sweet and creamy. Of course, it doesn't need to be red and can be paired with any coloured shell you like :)
whipped salted butter caramel
Our very own secret recipe! A light sweet caramel combined with imported Maldon sea salt flakes, all whipped together to create a signature creamy sweet and salty delight!
Our classic buttercream is combined with apple pieces, cinnamon and ginger to create a flavour that tastes just like Granny's apple pie! One of our favourite Winter classics.
